With a reminder of home, hidden on the board.

Someone’s law found herself in the urgent care today. Almost 24 hours later, we found Shiloh cut her paw on something outside. She had to be sedated and get stitches. Now, she has a boot too. On her left paw like me. Makes me just a little bit curious about it all.

Three years ago I broke my pinkie toe, on my right foot. I snagged it on B’s bouncer. Today, I did something similar, but got my left foot. I’m back in the post-op boot. I wonder who else in the world breaks their pinkie toes like me.

Not quite an enchantment. But a wonder: when will it end, 2020? When will this end?

…While Netflix played in the other room.

Danika sent me a bunch of photos from our childhood today, and it made me smile.
