How high can we go?
Day 118: Childhood Friendships
Day 117: Puddle Jumping
More time with my boy…puddle jumping 🙂 We went on a morning walk before I had an interview for an Assistant Director position for the Writing Center — which I got and am so excited about!
Day 116: Time with my boy
Day 115: Fam’s First Garden
Day 114: Making Light of Quarantine Style
Day 113: Food Writing
Nick delivered me dinner tonight with a surprise message. ❤️ U too.
Day 112: Say Cheese
It’s a known fact I don’t like cheese. Sometimes I’m judged by this. But I can’t help it. I really don’t like the Queso on my chips. Or on my burger. Or sandwich. You get it.
Bennett maybe subconsciously picked this up from me. Because he will say “I don’t like cheese” and revolt when cheese enters his plate.
But while I was on a jog tonight, Nick texted my family’s group text saying he did it, get got Bennett to eat cheese!
Day 111: Longest Walk
Sometimes, friends, we need a break. Then we continue. Stronger. Braver. Ready. This was Bennett’s longest walk. Over 1.5 miles on his tiny feet. I had the stroller nearby, but he insisted to push on. My child, here.
Day 110: Cooking Something New
Tonight, I was genuinely curious how this would turn out — and it turned out delicious! Chicken tortilla soup.
